WELCOME!

My #1 PRIORITY IS TRANSPARENCY AND COMMUNICATION!

I created this blog for you, the residents of Century Village, to make your voices known! The goal of the blog is to make your compliments and concerns known to all. Give us your comments on topics that you would like discussed at Synergy Club meetings, issues you would like addressed by WPRF and/or UCO. Do you get the help you need? Are your questions answered? You are more than welcome to spread the blog link to all of your friends and family throughout the village to give them an opportunity to speak as well! The only rules are – no profanity, be respectful, no inappropriate language. That’s it! Note – topics will not immediately appear after submission until cleared for the rules above. We want everyone to have a pleasant blog experience.

Download The Breezeline Cable TV Agreement!

Hi Everyone! I just uploaded a copy of the cable TV agreement between Breezeline and Century Village owners, dated June 05, 2017, to my website for you all to read. This is most probably the latest version, but is definitely an official version. We’ll know soon enough when or if UCO officials see this and offer a newer version.

You can read the official version online or download it to your computer to keep a copy for yourself. However, because it is a confidential document, and for CV owners’ eyes only, it must be password protected. Contact me and I’ll provide you with the password.

The agreement is located by clicking the link at the top of this page called “Document Library“. Go to “Open Area“, then the UCO folder. No password is necessary. Just click on the folder, click on the + sign, and select DISPLAY or DOWNLOAD (the down arrow button).

If you are trying to open it on a smart phone, scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the Menu. Click on the Blog Item.

I haven’t had time to read the whole agreement yet, so I’ll reserve my comments until then. Once you all read the agreement and would like to comment on it, go to theADD YOUR THOUGHTSlink at the top of the page. Let me know what you think. Now THAT is what I call TRANSPARENCY!

That’s my take, but not taken lightly..
