Tips for Annual Members Meeting Requirements

  • 1st Notice - 60 Days Prior to Meeting.
  • 2nd Notice - No Later Than 14 Days Prior to Meeting.
  • Intent to Run - Submit NLT 40 Days Prior to Meeting.
  • Cand. Info Sheet - Submit NLT 35 Days Prior to Meeting.
  • Annual Meeting Notice Posted 14 Days Prior to Meeting.
  • Save Election Material for 1 Year.
  • Organizational Meeting within 10 Days from Meeting.
  • Used to appoint officers to Board positions.
