Welcome to the Board Synergy Club
The Board Synergy Club, or Synergy Club, as it is commonly referred to, was established to assist Condominium Association Board members and owners in the operation of their associations. The club offers PowerPoint and non-PowerPoint presentations, guest speakers, who offer their expertise on many topics important to owners and Association Boards, as well as leading workshops to help them complete forms, lease and sales packages, investigations, New Resident Welcome Packages, and much more. The Synergy Club has also saved boards and owners many thousands of dollars by showing them ways to cut costs.

We invite all residents of Century Village to join us at our Synergy Club meetings. We are all inclusive, invite all opinions and feedback from all attendees, whether board members or owners! There is no cost and no requirements other than a friendly handshake and a smile! We meet every Thursday from 1PM – 3 PM. See Club schedule below for more details. NOVEMBER 14, 2024

PRESENTATION: Workshop on Completion of BOIR.
Bring your laptops, picture of each board member driver’s license, and SunBiz form that shows your Association name, EIN and listed board members.
DISCUSSION: We will do several hands on workshops between now and the end of the year to assist Association board members in completing their BOIR (Beneficial Ownership Information Report), a new requirement from the FINCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network), which is part of the Treasury Department and The Small Business Administration and is due December 31, 2024. In addition to the previous and upcoming workshops, we have several self-help videos that you can currently watch on the Synergy Club Video Showcase page of this website.
Bring your laptops or tablets with you. You’ll need a digital picture of the front of each member’s driver’s license and a SunBiz (Click here to go to site and enter assn name i.e. Sheffield D) printout of your Association which shows your Association’s Official Corporate Name, board member info and EIN number, all of which are required for the report. We will also help those without a computer.
