We are one of the 309 associations that make up the bustling Century Village, home to over 7100 units. Our association was founded in 1971 and has a rich history of growth and development. Initially operated by a property management company, we took the bold step of becoming self-managed in 2009. This transition marked a new era of independence and efficiency for our community. We pride ourselves on being pioneers among the associations in Century Village. We embraced the digital age long before others, launching our own website in 2009. Our email distribution lists keep our residents informed and connected. Innovation and aesthetics go hand in hand at Sheffield D. We were the first to add one-of-a-kind decorative walkways, catwalks, and stairwells, enhancing the beauty of our community. We also led the way with new outdoor lighting and video surveillance systems, ensuring the safety and security of our residents. Located just 7 miles from the beach, our residents enjoy the best of both worlds - the tranquility of a beachside town and the convenience of city life. Our clubhouse amenities are second to none, with 4 clubhouses, 7 pools, tennis courts, and pickle ball courts. Our theater offers free movies and hosts entertainment by celebrities from all over the world.
