CENTURY VILLAGE RESIDENTS – BEWARE THE NEGOTIATORS!
The video that I want to share with you IS ABOUT TWO expert ATTORNEYS that specialize in
“Successful Negotiation and Implementation of Bulk Telecommunications Agreements in Community Associations”!
- These guys know what they’re talking about! UCO paid over $400,000 for a nonlawyer to negotiate our current contract. After you see the video, you will discover that the negotiator that UCO used did not negotiate nearly as well or in good faith based on what he could have done for us.
- The 2 attorneys in question have told me that they will negotiate any telecommunication contracts with multiple telecom companies to get us the best deal. The cost for negotiating as well as reviewing the contracts will be 1/10th the cost, or around $40,000-$50,000, instead of $500,000 for UCO to have a negotiator and a lawyer to the same job.
- I offered to have UCO speak with these expert attorneys and they refused to do it. I wonder why…. They wouldn’t even watch the webinar! This contract is going to be in the multimillions of dollars, so if you want to know what you’re paying for ahead of time and have experts negotiate on your behalf instead of UCO hiring their friend to do it,
- VOTE NO WHEN THE PROPOSAL COMES UP. THIS WILL ONLY TABLE THE MOTION TO GIVE ALL OF THE OWNERS IN CENTURY VILLAGE A CHANCE TO EDUCATE OURSELVES ON WHAT’S IN THE PROPOSALS, WHAT BENEFITS AND PERKS WE WILL RECEIVE, WHAT PERKS AND BENEFITS UCO WILL RECEIVE (MUCH LIKE THEY DID ON THE CURRENT CONTRACT-THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE RECEIVED ANYTHING AT ALL, AS THEY REPRESENT THE DELEGATES), REVIEW ANY AND ALL PROPOSALS AND TO ASK MORE QUESTIONS BEFORE WE VOTE.
- Since they are taking proposals, they should take proposals from all of the telecommunication companies. If they accept a proposal from Breezeline, it should have 3 years worth of payback or compensatory reimbursements for the years left on the contract that they were unable to fulfill.
