The Synergy Club is also here to assist our owners with questions regarding how to handle Board matters, help with completing forms, and provide “New Resident Welcome Packets” for your Boards to give out. We offer computer classes, presentations, guest speakers, AND MORE! We meet every 2nd and 4th Thursday at 1:30 PM at the Main Clubhouse, Room C. Admission is FREE! Right now we are offering free assistance with completing your Beneficial Ownership Information Report. UCO recommends you pay a licensed professional $150 or more to have this 5 minute report done. We have had workshops and presentations and videos to show you step by step how to complete it. We’ve helped dozens of Boards complete their reports already!
